Product description
PULS FPT300.246-042-101 is a power supply unit from the FPT300 eFused NEC Class 2 3AC series, designed to convert field AC to DC power with 4 individually protected switchable NEC Class 2 outputs and an IO-Link interface. It features a robust aluminium housing with dimensions of W182mm x H272mm x D70mm. The unit connects via a HanQ5/0 female connector for input, a 5-pin M12 connector for the IO-Link interface, and 4 x M12 A-coded connectors for output. It supports the IO-Link communication protocol and includes protection functions such as output overvoltage protection, overload/short-circuit protection with an individual inverse time curve for each output, and over-temperature protection with automatic restart. The device operates on a supply voltage of 323Vac-552Vac across various nominal voltages and maintains functionality under a single-phase loss if loaded below limits. It cannot operate in series or parallel and is designed for hanging or screw mounting with an IP54 degree of protection. The ambient air temperature for operation ranges from -25 to +70°C with linear derating above +55°C. It has a rated power of 300W at temperatures up to +55°C, with short-term capabilities up to 600W, and features a 24Vdc-28Vdc adjustable output voltage. The unit's efficiency is noted at 0.952 for 3x400Vac input and 0.95 for 3x480Vac input, with a current consumption of 0.5A at full output for 3x400Vac and 0.42A for 3x480Vac, peaking at 2A inrush. Electrical durability is extensive, with hours ranging based on conditions and input, and power dissipation/losses are specified for full output load conditions.
