Wago 750-502 is an I/O unit designed as a standard DC digital output slice module. It operates with a supply voltage of 5Vdc provided by the system and offers an adjustable supply voltage of 18-32.5Vdc to field sensing devices. This unit features push-in spring cage-clamp connections for secure and efficient wiring. It is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +55°C and can be stored in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C. The 750-502 supports a control voltage for DC and includes short-circuit protection for AC. It utilizes an IP20 communication protocol and is rated for an insulation voltage (Ui) of 12 mm. The unit's dimensions are H100mm x W12mm x D69.8mm, and it is housed in a polycarbonate (PC) / Polyamide (PA) 6.6 casing. It features 2 digital outputs (24Vdc / 2A) with high-side switching and is compatible with 2-wire / 3-wire / 4-wire analog inputs. The 750-502 has a switching frequency of 2.5kHz and exhibits vibration resistance according to EN 60068-2-6 (4g) and shock resistance according to EN 60068-2-27 (15g). Its power dissipation/losses are minimal, with a resistance of 3.5mA (5Vdc from the system supply) and 15mA (from the field supply with no external load). The unit is designed for mounting on a DIN-35 rail and can withstand up to 95% relative humidity (RH), non-condensing.
