Wago 280-992 is a feed-through terminal block designed for efficient wire connection and distribution. It features CAGE-CLAMP spring connections for secure and maintenance-free wire connection. This terminal block is rated for currents up to 23A in Ex e II applications, 20A according to UL standards, and 25A as per CSA standards. It is designed as a 1-deck level with a center marking slot, making it suitable for Ex e II applications. The rated impulse voltage (Uimp) is 5 mm, and it has a net width for 1 feed-through pole (1P). It is compatible with DIN-35 rail for control voltage (AC) mounting. The terminal block is colored light gray and has dimensions of H53mm x W5mm x D28mm. It can accommodate 0.08mm2 to 2.5mm2 fine stranded or solid conductors and #28AWG to #12AWG fine stranded or solid conductors. The material used for the terminal block is Polyamide (PA) 66. It supports 2-wires connection (1 clamp + 1 clamp) for Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts. The terminal block is rated for a voltage of 600 V according to UL and CSA standards, and 550 V for Ex e II applications.
